SG211 - Gold
The SG-211 model uses our UNIVERSAL SECOND STEP system, and although it does not achieve the same level of efficiency indoors as the ENERGY systems, it has a number of advantages that make it ideal for polishing large GOLD pieces:
- By replacing the ENERGY system with a direct impact on the particles, the cost of maintaining the system is much lower, as it is simpler and requires fewer consumables.
- By dispensing with the ENERGY thrust system, it is possible to incorporate two frames in the same working tank, being able to carry out the same production of an EN-442 system with a much lower investment.
But the most important feature is that, by using the UNIVERSAL system, the machine is suitable for polishing both SMALL and LARGE, BULKY PIECES: such as bracelets, thick chains, pendants, and bulky earrings, etc...
The SG-211 machines allow processing between 26 and 66 pieces simultaneously in times ranging from 50 to 90 minutes, depending on the capacity and how voluminous they are.
SG-211 Series
The SG-211 series is the latest SECOND STEP model to hit the market, designed for gold jewelry manufacturers who have to process pieces of very different designs and sizes, requiring a practical UNIVERSAL model.
The system can work as a single process or in combination with a GP-G10 FIRST STEP machine, eliminating the need to remove and replace parts between the two processes by sharing a frame.
