EN-442 Series
The EN-442 series allows for doubling the production of the EN-44, making it the ideal complement to the GP-G10 FIRST STEP machines, with which it shares frames, eliminating the need to remove the parts and hang them again between processes.
The system practically doubles the entire machine, except for the rectifier, the motor and the programmer, since in order to achieve the ENERGY EFFECT the working tanks and the cathodic system have to be completely independent.
This has led some customers to eventually equip their EN-442 machines with two different electrolytes, thus enabling them to work with two different metals on the same machine to meet special production requirements, although they cannot work with the same efficiency as with two EN-44 machines.
As with the EN-44 series, the machines will incorporate a powerful CONTROLLER WITH COLOR TOUCH SCREEN with intuitive operating software, as well as the ability to save in memory the working parameters for each alloy we work with.
