EN44 - Gold/Silver

The EN-44 model is designed to meet the needs of jewelry companies that carry out PRODUCTION, with the EN-44 series focused on MEDIUM PRODUCTION, and the EN-442 series focused on HIGH PRODUCTION and working in combination with a GP-G10 first step machine (they can work sharing the same frame).

This model uses the FIRST STEP ENERGY system, like the EN-34 model, and therefore employs tiny particles up to 0.3 mm in diameter as a catalyst for the chemical process, pushing them against the parts with a unique ENERGY system, which is what gives the system its name. This system is characterized as being the most effective for polishing and shining hard-to-reach interiors.

Although in theory the same machine can work with different electrolytes and therefore with different metals, in reality changing the product is not practical and it is usual to dedicate the machines to one of the following groups of metals:

• Gold of different carats and colors.
• Silver and brass (uncommon, since for these metals it is more cost-effective to acquire an SP-211 system, even though it is less active in the most complex interiors).

The EN-44 machines allow processing between 13 and 33 pieces simultaneously in times ranging from one to two hours, depending on the capacity and how voluminous they are, and the EN-442 double that, that is, between 26 and 66 pieces simultaneously in the same working times.
